Hi, I’m Kait — owner of Origin Wellness, lead personal trainer, and a science based nutrition and biomechanics nerd, with over 8 years of experience helping people move, feel, and perform at their best.
As a former college athlete, I know firsthand the impact that proper training, recovery, and nutrition can have — not just on performance, but on everyday life.
I started my professional career in public health and later as an Emergency Medical Technician, where I saw firsthand how deeply movement, strength, and lifestyle affect long-term health. While I loved helping people in critical moments, I realized I could make an even greater impact by helping them before they reached that point.
That realization pushed me to pursue my true passion and build Origin Wellness, combining my medical background, athletic experience, and love for coaching into a career centered around proactive, sustainable health.
I specialize in corrective exercise, pain management, women’s health, optimal strength training, muscle hypertrophy, and functional fitness. My goal is to help every client unlock their full potential, whether that means moving pain-free, gaining strength and confidence, or simply becoming the best version of themselves.
